METHOD FOR BONDING HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL TO STEEL CONTINUOUS CASTING NOZZLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bonding a heat insulation material consisting of a bio-soluble fiber (AES-BSF) including an alkali earth metal, to a steel continuous casting nozzle on which an anti-oxidation material is applied, in which the method for bonding a heat insulation material consisting of an AES-BSF to a steel continuous casting nozzle can inhibit the reaction of the AES-BSF with an anti-oxidation material without providing a reaction-inhibitive layer.SOLUTION: A method for bonding a heat insulation material consisting of an AES-BSF to a steel continuous casting nozzle on which an anti-oxidation material is applied in the present invention comprises bonding a heat insulation material consisting of an AES-BSF by using an adhesive formed of an organic binder and a silica raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】発明の目的は、酸化防止材を塗布した鋼の連続鋳造用ノズルへ、アルカリ土類金属を含む生体溶解性ファイバー(AES−BSF)から構成される断熱材を貼り付けるに際して、反応抑制層を設けることなく、AES−BSFと酸化防止材との反応を抑制できる、鋼の連続鋳造用ノズルへのAES−BSFから構成される断熱材の貼り付け方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】本発明の酸化防止材を塗布した鋼の連続鋳造用ノズルへのAES−BSFから構成される断熱材の貼り付ける方法は、有機バインダーとシリカ原料よりなる接着剤を用いて、AES−BSFから構成される断熱材を貼り付けることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
