WATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATION SUPPORT SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment plant operation support system that supports water-service stable operation.SOLUTION: A water treatment plant operation support system comprises a plant facility, a controller, a control bus, an operation support device, and a monitor. The operation support device determines a current day-of-the-week category when monitoring of the plant facility is started, acquires the current data on a water level and water-supply quantity of a water-supply facility by way of the controller and the control bus, acquires, from a history database, past record data matched in day-of-the-week category, weather, and air temperature with the acquired current data on the water-supply facility, compares the past record data acquired from the history database with the current data, determines whether or not the current data falls within an allowable range, and displays warning information on the monitor when the current data is determined not to fall within the allowable range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】水運用の安定稼働を支援する水処理プラント運用支援システムを提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】水処理プラント運用支援システムは、プラント設備と、コントローラと、制御バスと、運用支援装置と、モニタと、を備え、運用支援装置は、プラント設備の監視を開始すると、現在の曜日分類を決定し、送水設備の水位と送水量に関する現在のデータを、コントローラと制御バスを経由して取得し、この取得した送水設備に関する現在のデータと、曜日分類、天候、および気温が一致する、過去の実績データを、履歴データベースから取得し、この履歴データベースから取得した過去の実績データと、現在のデータとを比較して、現在のデータが許容範囲内に収まっているかどうかを判定し、現在のデータが許容範囲内に収まっていないと判定した場合は、モニタに警告情報を表示することを特徴とするものである。【選択図】図５
