WATER PLANT OPERATION SUPPORT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF
To automatically determine an appropriate alarm response priority order upon issuance of multiple alarms in the same time window.SOLUTION: On the basis of alarm history data indicating a log related to alarms that were generated at a facility provided in the water plant, operation history data indicating a log related to operations during operation of the facility, and a plant model that models a water plant including the facility, an alarm operation pattern in which an operation with a predetermined causal relation to each of the alarms is associated with a time series is created and stored in a memory. On the basis of the alarm history data, plant monitoring history data indicating a log related to measurement values at the facility, and the plant model, a chain alarm pattern in which an alarm with a predetermined causal relation is associated with the time series is created and stored in the memory. Using the alarm operation pattern and the chain alarm pattern, a priority level evaluation result list indicating candidates for alarms that can possibly occur in future in the chain alarm pattern is created and stored in the memory. On the basis of the created priority level evaluation result list, a priority order of alarms to be addressed is determined .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
