PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot operation method and a parking system which are convenient for parking a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a parking lot operation method and a parking system, instead of the conventional method of operating a parking lot for putting in and out vehicles of a plurality of users, a request to put a vehicle in a garage from a user is accepted, the state of the door of garage is changed from the closed state to the open state, the precautions to be warned when the user enters the garage to let the vehicle enter the garage is indicated, a declaration to prove that the above-mentioned notice has been confirmed from the user who got off the vehicle is accepted and the declaration from the user confirming the safety of the garage to prove that the garage is safe, is accepted. 【課題】 車両を駐車させるのに便利な駐車場の運用方法と駐車システムとを提供しようとする。【解決手段】従来の複数の利用者の車両を入出庫させる駐車場の運用方法に変わって、利用者から車両を入庫させる要求を受け付け、前記入出庫扉の状態を閉状態から開状態に変化させ、利用者に利用者が車両を入庫させるために入出庫空間に入ったときに注意すべき注意事項を示して、車両を降りた利用者から前記注意事項を確認したことを証する宣言を受け付け、利用者から利用者が入出庫空間の安全を確認して入出庫空間が安全であることを証する宣言を受け付け、入出庫扉の状態を開状態から閉状態に変化させる、ものとした。【選択図】 図１
