To provide a parking lot operation method and a parking system convenient for parking a vehicle.SOLUTION: A parking lot operation method includes: a receiving/dispatching request accepting step for accepting a request to put in or out a vehicle from a user in place of the conventional parking lot operation method in which a plurality of vehicles corresponding to each of plurality of users are put in or out through a loading/unloading space provided with a loading/unloading door; a door opening step of changing the state of the loading/unloading door from a closed state to an opened state; a safety confirmation accepting step of accepting a declaration from the user confirming the safety of the loading/unloading space and proof that the loading/unloading space is safe, and a door closing step for changing the state of the loading/unloading door from the open state to the closed state, and a receiving/dispatching request accepting step, the door opening step, the safety confirmation accepting step and the door closing step are sequentially executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 車両を駐車させるのに便利な駐車場の運用方法と駐車システムとを提供しようとする。【解決手段】従来の複数の利用者に各々に対応する複数の車両を入出庫扉を設けられる入出庫空間を通して各々に入庫または出庫させる駐車場の運用方法に変わって、利用者から車両を入庫または出庫させる要求を受け付ける入出庫要求受付工程と、前記入出庫扉の状態を閉状態から開状態に変化させる扉開工程と、利用者から利用者が入出庫空間の安全を確認して入出庫空間が安全であることを証する宣言を受け付ける安全確認受付工程と、入出庫扉の状態を開状態から閉状態に変化させる扉閉工程と、を備え、前記入出庫要求受付工程と前記扉開工程と前記安全確認受付工程と前記扉閉工程とを順に実行する、ものとした。【選択図】 図１
