METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SOUND-PROOF CHAMBER AND SOUND-PROOF MATERIAL COMPONENT UNIT
To provide a method for renovating one chamber of an existing building to a sound-proof chamber, and a component unit thereof.SOLUTION: A wall material and a ceiling material for constructing a wall and a ceiling of a wound-proof chamber R are formed into a unit, and these wall material unit and ceiling material unit are formed from a sound-proof material component unit 1. The sound-proof material component unit 1 is composed of a rectangular-shaped frame body composed of upper and lower horizontal frames 6 and right and left vertical frames 2, 3 and 4, one or two or more studs 7 arranged in an intermediate part vertical direction, and a sound-absorbing plate-like body 10 arranged on a back face side inside of the frame body. The plurality of sound-material component units 1 are arranged and fixed to a wall surface of one chamber of a building while keeping a predetermined interval, the sound-proof material component unit forming the ceiling surface is arranged and fixed onto the sound-proof material component units 1, then a sound-absorbing plate 11 in which a slit part and/or a hole part is formed is fitted and fixed to a wall surface part and a ceiling surface part in which the sound-proof material component units 1 are arranged, and then the sound-absorbing plate-like body 12 is fitted and fixed into the surface side of the sound-absorbing plate to form a sound-proof chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既存の建築物の一室を防音室に改装する方法とその構成ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】防音室Rの壁及び天井を構築するための壁材及び天井材をユニット化し、これらの壁材ユニット及び天井材ユニットを防音材構成ユニット1から形成する。この防音材構成ユニット1は、上下の横枠6と左右の縦枠2,3,4から成る矩形形状の枠体と中間部縦方向に配設される１又は２以上の間柱7と、前記枠体内部の背面側に配設された吸音板状体10とから成る。これらの防音材構成ユニット1の複数を建築物の一室の壁面に所定間隔を維持して配設固定し、次にこれら防音材構成ユニット1の上に天井面を形成する防音材構成ユニットを配設固定し、その後、上記防音材構成ユニット1が配設された壁面部及び天井面部にスリット部及び／又は孔部が穿設された吸音板11を嵌め込み固定し、その後前記吸音板の表面側に吸音板状体12を嵌め込み固定して防音室を形成する。【選択図】図１
