To provide a fork type mechanical parking device with a simple structure in which a frontage dimension of a building body is reduced.SOLUTION: In an entering direction when a parking vehicle is made to enter from a drive-in port 6A formed on a drive-in surface 6 of a building body 1, a fork type lift 8 in which the longer direction of the fork type lift 8 and the drive-in direction in the fork type lift 8 are matched is arranged. Fork type traveling carriages 18A-18N are arranged for horizontally moving parking vehicles from lift chambers at vertically different positions to a plurality of stages of parking chambers. The parking chamber on each stage has a single row structure so that the horizontal movement directions of the parking vehicles by the fork type traveling carriages 18A-18N become the same direction as the drive-in time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本体建物の間口寸法をより小さくした簡単な構成のフォーク式機械駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】本体建物1の乗込面6に形成された乗込口6Aから駐車車両を進入させたときの進入方向に、フォーク式昇降リフト8の長手方向およびフォーク式昇降リフト8への乗り込み方向を一致させたフォーク式昇降リフト8を配置し、上下方向は異なる位置のリフト室から複数段の駐車室へと駐車車両を水平移動する各フォーク式走行台車18A〜18Nを配置すると共に、各フォーク式走行台車18A〜18Nによる駐車車両の水平移動方向も乗り込み時と同じ向きとなるように各段の駐車室を片列構成としたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
