To provide a layout structure of buildings which can avoid the cross-over of lines of sight between adjacent buildings and can easily obtain a feeling of expansion to the outside even when multiple buildings are placed adjacently to each other in multiple directions with the outer walls facing each other on a substantially flat building ground.SOLUTION: Each building 2 is provided with a space having an opening at each floor level of the first floor and the second floor, and in at least one of the buildings adjacently to each other, a space with an opening at the floor level corresponding to the mezzanine or high second floor is provided, and adjacent buildings 2 are arranged such that the space on either the mezzanine level or the high floor level is made to be opposite to the space on the other floor level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】略平坦な建築用地上に複数戸の建物が外壁面を相対させて多方向に隣接配置される場合でも、隣接する建物間での視線の交錯を回避することができ、屋外への拡がり感も得やすくなる建物群の配置構造を提供する。【解決手段】各建物２には、１階および２階の各床レベルに開口部を有する空間が設けられるとともに、互いに隣接する建物の少なくともいずれか一方には、中２階または高２階に相当する床レベルにも開口部を有する空間が設けられ、隣接する建物２同士が、いずれか一方の中２階または高２階の空間と他方の２階の空間とを相対させるように配置される。【選択図】図２
