LAYOUT STRUCTURE OF BUILDINGS
To provide a layout structure of buildings with high-value open spaces that can provide sufficient lighting and ventilation, which can flexibly cope with the diverse lifestyles of each resident when dividing a group of building sites whose side is approached into multiple sections and arranging the buildings adjacent to each section.SOLUTION: A building site 1 is divided into a plurality of sections A, B, C, and D whose depth is longer than the approach length by adjacent land boundaries 31 to 33 intersecting the road R. Buildings 2 (2A to 2D) of each of the sections A to D are ridge-type buildings composed of a front wing 21 (21A to 21D) disposed on the front road R side and a rear wing 22 (22A to 22D) disposed on the back side. A courtyard 4 (4A to 4D) is provided between the front wing 21 and the rear wing 22. The courtyards 4 of the sections A to D adjacent to each other are arranged to be offset in the depth direction while sharing a part of the sides along the adjacent land boundary lines 31 to 33 dividing the sections A to D. Also, the courtyards are communicatively connected to each other through the common location.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】一辺が接道するひとまとまりの建築用地を複数区画に分割して各区画に建物を隣接配置する際に、各居住者の多様なライフスタイルに柔軟に対応でき、採光や通風を十分に得られる利用価値の高いオープンスペースを備えた建物群の配置構造を提供する。【解決手段】建築用地1は、道路Rに交差する隣地境界線31〜33によって、接道長さよりも奥行きのほうが長い複数の区画A、B、C、Dに分割される。各区画A〜Dの建物2(2A〜2D)は、前道路R側に配置される前棟21(21A〜21D)と奥側に配置される後棟22(22A〜22D)とからなる分棟式の建物で、前棟21と後棟22との間に中庭4(4A〜4D)が設けられる。互いに隣接する区画A〜Dの中庭4同士は、該両区画A〜Dを分割する隣地境界線31〜33に沿う側辺の一部を互いに共有しつつ奥行き方向にずれて配置されるとともに、該共有箇所を通じて互いに往来可能に連通される。【選択図】 図1
