To provide an arrangement structure of buildings which can effectively utilize the space between adjacent buildings as a comfortable open space while securing each other's privacy when multiple buildings are arranged in multiple directions adjacent to a single building site.SOLUTION: A set of building sites 1 is divided into sections 41 to 44 which are different in shape and area from one another by a plurality of adjacent land boundaries 31 to 34. The buildings 21-24, which are constructed by making parts of the outer wall faces each other in adjacent sections, are arranged such that the overlapping width in the relative direction of the outer wall surfaces is equal to or less than the interval between the outer wall surfaces and as extension lines of the outer wall face orthogonal to the outer wall face are mutually offset. Between the two adjacent buildings, gardens or planting spaces 51 to 58 which can be shared visually from the two buildings are provided, and a hedge 6 is provided on the adjacent land boundary lines 31 to 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ひとまとまりの建築用地に複数戸の建物が多方向に隣接配置される場合に、互いのプライバシーを確保しつつ、隣接する建物との間の空間を快適なオープンスペースとして有効に活用できる建物群の配置構造を提供する。【解決手段】ひとまとまりの建築用地１が複数本の隣地境界線３１〜３４によって互いに形状および面積が異なる区画４１〜４４に分割される。隣接する区画に、互いの外壁面の一部を相対させて建築される建物２１〜２４同士は、当該外壁面同士の相対方向における重なり幅が当該外壁面同士の間隔以下で、かつ、当該外壁面に直交する外壁面の延長線同士が互いにずれるように配置される。隣接する二つの建物の間には、当該両建物から視覚的に共有可能な庭または植栽スペース５１〜５８が設けられ、隣地境界線３１〜３４には生垣６が設けられる。【選択図】図１
