COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE, ON-VEHICLE UNIT, VEHICLE CONTROL METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM
To provide a communication system for a vehicle, an on-vehicle unit, a vehicle control method and a computer program capable of determining a location of a portable unit further easily and with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A determination on location, whether a portable unit is inside a vehicle or outside the vehicle, is made based on: a reception signal intensity related to one antenna and other antennae provided in the vehicle, received from the portable unit; and an intensity threshold of a threshold table of intensity threshold corresponding to the reception signal intensity to be received from the portable unit. For example, when it is determined that the portable unit is outside the vehicle, a signal for unlocking the vehicle door is output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】より簡単でありながら、精度の高く、携帯機の所在位置を判断できる車両用通信システム、車載機、車両制御方法及びコンピュータプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】携帯機から受信された、車両に設けられた一のアンテナ及び他のアンテナに係る受信信号強度と、前記携帯機から受信し得る受信信号強度に応じた強度閾値の閾値テーブルの前記強度閾値とに基づいて、前記携帯機が車室内にあるか車室外にあるかの所在位置の判定が行われる。例えば、前記携帯機が車室外にあると判定された場合、前記車両ドアを解錠する信号が出力される。【選択図】図6
