COMPACTING METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION JOINT IN TUNNEL LINING
To provide a method in which a working efficiency is improved and a compaction is surely performed at the top end portion of the construction joint when constructing a tunnel lining by using a form device.SOLUTION: A compacting method according to this invention comprises the steps of: providing a pair of vibrator insertion openings 10 close to the end of a form member 30 corresponding to a construction joint; inserting each vibrator 20 for predetermined length from each of the vibrator insertion openings 10 along the circumferential direction of the form member 30; performing compaction without moving each vibrator 20 for predetermined time while continuing the placement of the concrete, once the concrete has been driven to the construction joint portion; performing compaction while pulling out each vibrator 20 to each vibrator insertion port 10 side after the predetermined time passed away; closing each vibrator insertion port 10 by a closing member after drawing out each vibrator 20 from each vibrator insertion port 10; and also performing compaction by bringing the form vibrator into contact with the form member 30 and vibrating the periphery of each vibrator insertion port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 型枠装置を用いてトンネル覆工を施工する際に、施工継ぎ目の天端部分において、作業効率を向上させるとともに確実に締め固めを行う。【解決手段】 施工継ぎ目に対応する型枠部材30の端部直近に一対のバイブレータ挿入口10を設け、各バイブレータ挿入口10から、型枠部材30の周方向に沿って、所定長だけ、それぞれバイブレータ20を挿入し、施工継ぎ目部分までコンクリートが打ち込まれたら、コンクリートの打ち込みを継続しながら、所定時間、各バイブレータ20を移動させずに締め固めを行い、所定時間経過後に、各バイブレータ20を各バイブレータ挿入口10側へ引き抜きながら締め固めを行い、各バイブレータ20を各バイブレータ挿入口10から引き出した後に、各バイブレータ挿入口10を閉鎖部材により閉鎖し、型枠部材30に型枠バイブレータを接触させてバイブレータ挿入口周辺を振動させることにより締め固めを行う。【選択図】図1
