To provide a washing toilet seat device capable of quickly removing water droplets on a surface of a private part washing nozzle with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The washing toilet seat device comprises: the private part washing nozzle having a discharge port, that can discharge washing water toward a user's private part, an air pump supplying air to the discharge port, that can discharge the air toward the private part washing nozzle, an on-off valve that can open and close an air supply path from the air pump to the discharge port, and a control device that performs compressed air discharge control for controlling the air pump and the on-off valve so that compressed air is discharged from the discharge port by driving the air pump in a state where the on-off valve is closed and then opening the on-off valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
