To provide the washing toilet seat device that can appropriately prevent tampering with an operation part without impairing an appearance.SOLUTION: The washing toilet seat device detachably installed on a toilet comprises: a main body provided to be exposed from both or one of left and right side surfaces thereof, with at least one of an operation part for attaching and detaching operation to the toilet and an operation part for drainage operation of private parts washing water; and a panel member that covers at least one of the operation part exposed from the main body, and that is detachably attached to the main body with a surface of thereof flush with the side surface of the main body at a boundary side with the side surface of the main body,.
