To provide the washing toilet seat device capable of adjusting washing strength of washing water sprayed on a human body private part with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The washing toilet seat device comprises: at least one washing nozzle that sprays washing water toward the human body private part; and a switching valve that has an introduction passage for introducing the washing water, and a plurality of lead-out passages 52, 54 for leading-out the washing water to each output destination provided corresponding to each of the plurality of output destinations including the washing nozzle, and switches a flow state of the washing water from the introduction passage 42 to the plurality of the lead-out passages, wherein the switching valve 40 is configured to be switchable between a first state in which the washing water is made to flow from the introduction passage to a lead-out passage corresponding to the washing nozzle, and the washing water is not made to flow to other lead-out passages, and a second state in which the washing water is made to flow from the introduction passage to the lead-out passages corresponding to the washing nozzle, and to other lead-out passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
