To provide a washing toilet seat device that can prevent large-sizing and cost increase, suppress dispersion of a liquid to the outside, and properly wash user's buttocks.SOLUTION: A washing toilet seat device comprises: a washing nozzle for injecting a liquid such that a spray angle in a horizontal direction of a toilet seat changes according to a supplied liquid pressure; a drive part for moving the washing nozzle forward and backward such that a position of the washing nozzle changes in a longitudinal direction of the toilet seat; a liquid pressure change part capable of changing a liquid pressure supplied to the washing nozzle; and a control part for controlling the drive part and the liquid pressure change part such that when user's buttocks is washed, the washing nozzle is moved back and forth and the liquid pressure is changed based on an extended position of the washing nozzle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
