To discharge washing water suitable for the characteristics of the outer surface of a local washing nozzle, and keep the local washing nozzle clean.SOLUTION: A washing toilet seat device comprises a local washing nozzle having a hydrophilic layer on the outer surface and performing local washing to discharge washing water toward the user's local area and nozzle washing equipment for performing nozzle washing that discharges the washing water toward the local washing nozzle so that the washing water travels at least top of the outer surface of the local washing nozzle. By wetting the outer surface of the local washing nozzle to properly exhibit the hydrophilic performance of the hydrophilic layer, it is difficult for the soil to adhere to the outer surface of the local washing nozzle, and even if the soil is attached, it can be dropped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
