SOUND BARRIER, UNDERMOST LAYER SOUND INSULATION PANEL, AND BASE PLATE
To provide a structure which enables the maintenance inspection of an anchor bolt from the road side to the private land side while suppressing the deterioration in sound insulation property.SOLUTION: A base plate 14 has a plurality of longitudinal rib plates 24A, 24B erected thereon along the road extending direction of a road. Each of the longitudinal rib plates 24A, 24B is arranged on the side closer to the private land than any of the anchor bolts 28A to 28H inserted into a plurality of bolt holes of the base plate 14. Above the base plate 14, a cutout part, which is cut in the longitudinal and height directions, is formed to penetrate an undermost layer sound insulation panel arranged in the undermost layer among a plurality of sound insulation panels in the thickness direction. The undermost layer sound insulation panel is provided with cover members 35A, 35B which come around the private land side compared to any of the anchor bolts 28A to 28H and also close the opening due to the cutout part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】遮音性の低下を抑制しつつ、道路側から民地側のアンカーボルトの保守点検を可能とする構造を提供する。【解決手段】ベースプレート１４には道路の延設方向に沿った複数の長手方向リブプレート２４Ａ，２４Ｂが立設される。長手方向リブプレート２４Ａ，２４Ｂはいずれも、ベースプレート１４の複数のボルト穴に挿入されたいずれのアンカーボルト２８Ａ〜２８Ｈよりも民地側に配置される。複数の遮音パネルのうち、最下層に配置された最下層遮音パネルには、ベースプレート１４の上方に、長手方向及び高さ方向に切り欠かれた切欠部が厚さ方向に貫通して形成される。最下層遮音パネルは、いずれのアンカーボルト２８Ａ〜２８Ｈよりも民地側に回りこむとともに切欠部による開口を塞ぐカバー部材３５Ａ，３５Ｂを備える。【選択図】図７
