To provide a vehicle forced stopping device capable of forcibly stopping vehicles including a rear wheel drive vehicle and a four-wheel drive vehicle and preventing a driver from escaping or further running out of control to neutralize the vehicle itself with less labor, time and space for storage, transportation, installation, and removal by a simple structure at low cost.SOLUTION: A vehicle forced stopping device is composed of a first vehicle support body and a second vehicle support body having a maximum ground height higher than the first vehicle support body which are fastened to each other by a rope body and combined in a separable manner, the first vehicle support body provided with a first inclined part inclined upward in the vehicle travelling direction and a collision part erected in front of the first inclined part, and the second vehicle support body provided with a second inclined part inclined upward in the vehicle travelling direction. The device is structured so that any vehicle support bodies have the maximum ground height in which a wheel of at least supported vehicle does not come into contact with the ground surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】後輪駆動車や四輪駆動車を含む車両を強制停止させるとともに、運転者の逃走あるいはさらなる暴走を防いで車両自体を無力化でき、保管や輸送、設置、撤去に要する労力や時間、スペースが小さく、簡易な構造で低コストな車両強制停止装置を提供する。【解決手段】互いに索体で締結され、分離可能に合体させた第1車両支持体と、該第1車両支持体よりも最大地上高が低い第2車両支持体とから成り、前記第1車両支持体は、車両の進行方向に向けて上方に傾斜する第1傾斜部と、該第1傾斜部の前方に立設された衝突部とを備え、前記第2車両支持体は、車両の進行方向に向けて上方に傾斜する第2傾斜部を備え、かつ、いずれの車両支持体の最大地上高も少なくとも支持された車両の車輪が路面と接触しない高さを有するよう構成したことを特徴とする、車両強制停止装置。【選択図】図1
