To provide a vehicle forced stopping device which allows vehicles to be stopped in order to minimize human damage during terrorist acts using means of plunging vehicles into important facilities or places where many people gather, such as pedestrian paradise.SOLUTION: A vehicle forced stopping device 10 is provided with a base part 20 with a pin member 80 on a surface that is brought into contact with a road surface, an impact shock absorber 30 standing at one side of the base part 20, a bottom portion 90, a vehicle holding portion 40 having bends at both sides of the bottom portion 90, a stopping rod-shaped member 50 having a pin member 100 at a tip installed so as to be perpendicular to the bottom portion 90 of the vehicle holding portion 40, and a reinforcing member 60 installed so as to support the stopping rod-shaped member 50 from the vehicle holding portion 40. The reinforcing member 60 is installed so as to lean against the shock absorbing member 30, and further, wheels 70 are installed on the base portion 20 and the reinforcing member 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】重要施設や、歩行者天国のように人が多く集まる場所へ車両を突入させる手段を用いたテロ行為時において、人的被害を最小限に軽減すべく、車両を停止させることができる車両強制停止装置を提供すること。【解決手段】道路面に接触する面にピン部材８０を備えたベース部２０と、ベース部２０の片側に立設する衝撃緩衝部３０と、底部９０と底部９０の両側に屈曲部を有する車両保持部４０と、車両保持部４０の底部９０と垂直になるように設置した先端にピン部材１００を備えた停止棒状部材５０と、車両保持部４０から停止棒状部材５０を支えるように設置した補強部材６０を備えており、補強部材６０は、衝撃緩衝部材３０に寄り掛かるように設置されており、さらに、ベース部２０と補強部材６０に車輪７０を設置することを特徴とする車両強制停止装置１０とした。【選択図】図５
