A sanitary apparatus and a construction method are provided with which it is possible to support the sanitary apparatus from the floor in a floating state without creating dead space on the back side of a wall panel of a room unit, and with which it is possible to adjust the position after installing the wall panel. A toilet device (sanitary apparatus) 100 comprises: a mount securing part 60 secured to a floor slab 10; a mount stand 70 that extends upward from the mount securing part 60 on the room interior side of a bathroom panel 91; and a wall-hanging toilet (sanitary device) 7 supported above the floor part 20 by the mount stand 70.
L'invention concerne un appareil sanitaire et un procédé de construction avec lesquels il est possible de supporter l'appareil sanitaire à partir du sol à un état flottant sans créer d'espace mort sur le côté arrière d'un panneau mural d'une unité de pièce, et avec lesquels il est possible de régler la position après l'installation du panneau mural. Un dispositif de toilettes (appareil sanitaire) 100 comprend : une partie de fixation de montage 60 fixée à une dalle de plancher 10; un socle de montage 70 qui s'étend vers le haut à partir de la partie de fixation de montage 60 sur le côté intérieur de pièce d'un panneau de salle de bains 91; et une toilette suspendue à la paroi (dispositif sanitaire) 7 supportée au-dessus de la partie de plancher 20 par le socle de montage 70.
