To provide a tabular material capable of providing air permeability by a large number of air holes and of providing a shading effect by bent or curved air holes, and to provide its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The present embodiment relates to a tabular material 2 which has a front surface and a rear surface and on which a large number of air holes 1a communicating the front surface and the rear surface and bent between the front surface and the rear surface are formed. Inner periphery surfaces of cylindrical members 1 are formed as the air holes 1a by arranging a large number of bent cylindrical members 1 in parallel and by bonding the cylindrical members 1 each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
