PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tabular building material including a dimming function capable of suppressing positional deviation of dimming plates moved relatively while capable of improving workability of installation and maintenance.SOLUTION: A tabular building material includes: a dimming function part 20 which can adjust transmitted light by relatively moving two dimming plates 35, 40, which are disposed so as to overlap with each other in the thickness direction, in the direction parallel with both surfaces in the thickness direction; and a panel body 10 in which an opening 11 is provided so as to constitute a light transmission part in a transmission state, and which is disposed with the thickness direction being along the horizontal direction. One of the two dimming plates is the stationary plate 35 provided in a stationary manner with respect to the panel body. At the dimming function part, guide parts 28, 30, 48, 49 are provided for guiding the movable plate 40, which is the other plate out of the two dimming plates, in the lateral direction which is the direction orthogonal to the thickness direction and the vertical direction, and internally mounted on the panel body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】設置やメンテナンスの際の作業性の向上が可能でありながらも、相対的に移動される調光板同士の位置ずれを抑制し得る調光機能を備えた板状建材を提供する。【解決手段】厚さ方向に重なり合うように配された二枚の調光板３５，４０を相対的に厚さ方向両面に平行な方向に移動させることで透過光の調整が可能とされた調光機能部２０と、透過状態で透光部を構成するように開口１１が設けられ、厚さ方向を水平方向に沿わせて配設されるパネル本体１０と、を備えており、前記二枚の調光板のうちの一方は、前記パネル本体に対して固定的に設けられた固定板３５とされており、前記調光機能部には、前記二枚の調光板のうちの他方の可動板４０を厚さ方向及び上下方向に直交する方向となる横方向に移動させるようにガイドし、かつ前記パネル本体に内装されたガイド部２８，３０，４８，４９が設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
