PRODUCTION METHOD OF TABULAR BUILDING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a tabular building material capable of producing the tabular building material hardly causing irregularity on a surface after construction while using a plywood having excellent procurement stability.SOLUTION: In a production method of a tabular building material, a hardly shrinkable portion is projected by shrinking an easily shrinkable portion due to the drying treatment of the surface layer side of a plywood base material 10 disposing a plywood 11 having the easily shrinkable portion 12 and the hardly shrinkable portion 13 in a thickness direction at least on a first layer becoming an outermost surface layer side, smoothing treatment is performed on the surface of the plywood base material so as to remove a projection 13a, and a surface material is laminated on the surface of the plywood base material and bonded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】調達安定性の良好な合板を用いながらも、施工後に表面に凹凸が生じ難い板状建材を製造し得る板状建材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】板状建材の製造方法は、厚さ方向に収縮し易い易収縮部位１２と収縮し難い難収縮部位１３とを有した単板１１を少なくとも最表層側となる一層目に設けた合板基材１０の表層側に、乾燥処理を施して前記易収縮部位を収縮させることで前記難収縮部位を突出させ、この突出部１３ａを除去するように前記合板基材の表面に平滑化処理を施し、次いで、この合板基材の表面に表面材を積層して接着する。【選択図】図１
