ROOM LAYOUT STRUCTURE OF DWELLING UNITS OF COLLECTIVE HOUSING
To provide room layout of dwelling units in a collective housing that always has a wind flow, even if the space between the dwelling units is narrow in 2 LDK such as condominiums.SOLUTION: By connecting and combining in series the all rooms without windows and all rooms with windows of a dwelling unit 1 and connecting the respective entrance doors and windows in series on a straight line, the wind can pass through. The wind route is formed by combining a first living room 10, a washroom 80, a bathroom 85, and living-dining various compartments 40b in a straight line. By providing a total of four such wind routes, the wind can pass through all the chambers and the rooms except a toilet A and a storage space B of the dwelling unit 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】分譲マンション等の2LDKにおいて、住戸間口が狭くても、常時風通りを有する集合住宅の住戸の間取りの提供。【解決手段】住戸1の全ての窓が無い室と窓が有る居室を直列接続、組み合わせ、それぞれの出入口ドア及び窓を一直線上に直列接続することにより、風通り抜けを可能にしている。風ルートは第1の居室10、洗面室80、浴室85及びリビングダイニング多様小区画40bを一直線上に組み合わせることにより形成している。このような風ルートを常時合計4ヶ所設けることで、住戸1のトイレAと物入Bを除く全ての室と居室に風通り抜けを可能にしている。【選択図】図1
