INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF FLOOR SLAB AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF FLOOR SLAB
To improve quality of connection between floor slabs.SOLUTION: In a floor slab installation structure 1 which connects a first floor slab 110 and a second floor slab 120, the first floor slab 110 having a first side surface 113, the second floor slab 120 having a second side surface 123, the side surfaces facing each other with a gap gh, an upper contact member 11 which comes into contact with a first top surface 111 of the first floor slab 110 and a second top surface 121 of the second floor slab 120 and a lower contact member 12 which comes into contact with a first bottom surface 112 of the first floor slab 110 and a second bottom surface 122 of the second floor slab 120 are fastened with a fastening member 14 which is extended across the upper contact member 11 and the lower contact member 12 inside a pipe member 13 arranged in the gap gh and extending in a vertical direction. The first floor slab 110 and the second floor slab 120 are fixed so as not to be moved. An outside of the pipe member 13 is filled with an interfilling solidified material 15. Accordingly, an influence of vibration due to traffic of vehicles on placing and curing of the interfilling solidified material 15 in the gap gh can be reduced, thereby improving quality of connection between the floor slabs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】床版間の連結の品質を向上させる。【解決手段】第1床版110の第1側面113と第2床版120の第2側面123とを間隙ghを隔てて互いに対向させつつ、第1床版110と第2床版120とを連結する床版の架設構造1において、第1床版110の第1上面111と第2床版120の第2上面121とに当接する上側当接部材11と、第1床版110の第1下面112と第2床版120の第2下面122とに当接する下側当接部材12とが、間隙ghに配置され上下方向に延在する管部材13の内側において上側当接部材11と下側当接部材12とに跨って延在する締結部材14により締結され、第1床版110及び第2床版120が動かないように固定され、間詰固化体15は管部材13の外側に充填されるため、車両の通行等の振動による間隙ghの間詰固化体15の打設及び養生への影響が低減され、床版間の連結の品質を向上できる。【選択図】図5
