To provide an underground parking lot where a vehicle can be moved up and down and transported safely and quickly between a landing position on the ground and an underground parking base.SOLUTION: An underground parking lot 100 includes a housing 1 formed in a cylindrical shape from the ground to the basement, a loading platform 3, a lifting device that moves up and down the loading platform 3 from the ground to the underground in the center of the housing 1, a plurality of parking tables 5 provided hierarchically around a hoistway in which the loading platform 3 is moved up and down by the lifting device in the housing 1, a carrier device 6 that holds and lifts the wheels of a vehicle C supported by the loading platform 3 or the parking table 5 and conveys the vehicle C between the loading platform 3 and the parking table 5, and a building 7 provided on the ground so as to cover the loading platform 3 located on the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
