To provide an earth-flow disaster prediction device, a computer program, an earth-flow disaster prediction method and map information, which can accurately predict earth-flow disaster .SOLUTION: An earth-flow disaster prediction device includes: a contact peak surface acquisition part which acquires a contact peak surface of an object watershed; a contact valley surface acquisition part which acquires a contact valley surface of the object watershed; a first boundary area identification part which identifies a first boundary area between an area having a difference between the acquired contact peak surface and a topographic surface of the object watershed larger than a predetermined value and an area having the difference smaller than the predetermined value; a second boundary area identification part which identifies a second boundary area between an area having a difference between a topographic surface of the object watershed and the acquired contact valley surface larger than a predetermined value and an area having the difference smaller than the predetermined value; and a danger area identification part which identifies a danger area of the object watershed on the basis of the first boundary area and the second boundary area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
