DISTANCE ADJUSTMENT JIG BETWEEN BUILDING UNIT
To provide an inter-building unit distance adjustment jig capable of adjusting a distance between separated building units at any position without restriction.SOLUTION: Both end parts of a distance adjustment jig 10 are provided with brackets 48, 56 which abut against side wall parts 54B of an opposed girder 54 and side wall part 64B of the girder 64. A screw mechanism 66 is provided in the distance adjustment jig 10, and a screw mechanism 66 is provided with a bolt 68 and a female screw member 70 and,by rotating a bolt 68 about an axis line P of the jig body 12,the bolt 68 is moved with respect to a female screw member 70, thereby making it possible to adjust the separation distance between the brackets 48,56. Thus, a predetermined separation distance can be secured between the opposed girders 54, 64 between the building units 34, 36 which are separated from each other; slight deflection caused by warpage or the like of the beams 54, 64 is corrected, and the erection of the small beam 72 connecting the separated building units 34, 36 can be facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】離し置きされた建物ユニット間の距離を、制約なく、どの位置においても調整可能な建物ユニット間距離調整治具を得る。【解決手段】寸法調整治具１０の両端部には、対向する大梁５４の側壁部５４Ｂ、大梁６４の側壁部６４Ｂに当接するブラケット４８、５６がそれぞれ設けられている。また、寸法調整治具１０には、螺子機構６６が設けられており、螺子機構６６は、ボルト６８及び雌ネジ部材７０を備え、治具本体１２の軸線Ｐを中心にボルト６８を回転させることで、ボルト６８を雌ネジ部材７０に対して移動させ、ブラケット４８、５６の離間距離を調整可能としている。これにより、離し置きされた建物ユニット３４、３６間の対向する大梁５４、６４において、所定の離間距離を確保することができ、大梁５４、６４の反り等によって生じる僅かな撓みを矯正し、離し置きされた建物ユニット３４、３６を連結する小梁７２の架設を容易にすることができる。【選択図】図３
