BEAM POSITION ADJUSTMENT JIG AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF UNIT FOR BUILDING
To facilitate a position adjustment of a girder relative to a beam.SOLUTION: At a handle part 42 of a jig 40, a pad surface 48 is provided and an insertion support part 46 is integrally formed via a coupling part 44 of one end side in a longitudinal direction and a size in a width direction of the insertion support part 46 is adjusted to be capable of being inserted into the beam connected to the girder as well. In addition, at the jig 40, a difference between a surface facing opposite to the pad surface 48 of the handle part 42 and the insertion support part 46 is to be a predetermined step. The jig 40 inserts the insertion support part 46 into the beam in the state that a part of the pad surface 48 of the handle part 42 is in contact with a reference surface of the girder in a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the girder, and thereafter, the insertion support part 46 supports and lifts up the beam by pushing down the handle part 42 so that the pad surface 48 is in a surface contact with the reference surface. Thus, a height position of the beam is adjusted relative to the reference surface of the girder and a plurality of the beams can be connected to the girder side so that each height position is aligned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】大梁に対する小梁の位置調整を容易にする。【解決手段】治具40のハンドル部42には、当て面48が設けられていると共に、長手方向の一端側の連結部44を介して挿入支持部46が一体に形成されており、挿入支持部46の幅方向の寸法は、大梁に接合される小梁に挿入可能な寸法にされている。また、治具40では、ハンドル部42と挿入支持部46の当て面48とは反対に向けられた面との間が所定の段差とされている。治具40は、大梁の長手方向の所定位置においてハンドル部42の当て面48の一部を大梁の基準面に接触させた状態で、挿入支持部46を小梁内に挿入し、この後、当て面48を基準面に面接触するようにハンドル部42が押下げられることで、挿入支持部46が小梁を支持して持ち上げる。これにより、大梁の基準面に対して小梁の高さ位置が調整され、複数の小梁の各々の高さ位置が揃うように大梁側に接合できる。【選択図】図1
