PERMANENT SUB-STRUCTURAL COLUMN ERECTION METHOD AND PERMANENT SUB-STRUCTURAL COLUMN ERECTION APPARATUS
To provide a permanent sub-structural column erection method capable of erecting a permanent sub-structural column in a cast-in-place pile in a short time with precision when constructing a building using an inverted construction method.SOLUTION: A permanent sub-structural column erection method comprises: a step S1 of installing a rotation type excavator 30 on the ground level 2, excavating a pile hole 3 through rotating a casing 31 with the rotation type excavator 30, and forming a cast-in-place pile 20 through filling concrete in the pile hole 3; steps S2, S3 of attaching erection frames 50 on the rotation type excavator 30, installing a guide pipe 60 inside of the casing 31 of the rotation type excavator 30 through being supported by the erection frames 50, and adjusting horizontal positions and vertical accuracy of the guide pipe 60; a step S4 of hanging down a permanent sub-structural column 10 along an inner side of the guide pipe 60 inserting it into the cast-in-place pile 20; and a step S5 of removing the guide tube 60 and the erection frames 50 and then backfilling sediment 4 in the pile hole 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】逆打ち工法により建物を構築する際、短時間で精度よく構真柱を場所打ち杭に建て込むことができる、構真柱建込み方法を提供すること。【解決手段】構真柱建込み方法は、回転式掘削機30を地盤面2上に設置し、回転式掘削機30によりケーシング31を回転させて杭穴3を掘削し、杭穴3にコンクリートを打設して場所打ち杭20を形成するステップS1と、回転式掘削機30の上に建込み架台50を取り付けて、建込み架台50に支持させて回転式掘削機30のケーシング31内部にガイド管60を設置し、ガイド管60の水平方向の位置および鉛直精度を調整するステップS2、S3と、構真柱10をガイド管60の内部に沿って吊り下ろして、場所打ち杭20に挿入するステップS4と、ガイド管60および建込み架台50を撤去し、その後、杭穴3に土砂4を埋戻すステップS5と、を備える。【選択図】図7
