To allow both a resident and a deliverer to enjoy the same benefit as a home delivery box even if a home delivery box that needs a large space in front of a residence is not installed.SOLUTION: A home delivery counter is provided with a projection window 10 that includes a control device 17 capable of controlling a lock to open or close by an electromagnetic lock 18. The projection window 10 is installed in proximity to a door 15 of a residence.
