To cause the opening angle of a shutter member be adjustable by a simple operation of a washing nozzle.SOLUTION: A washing toilet seat device having a washing nozzle housed in a device body and provided so as to be able to advance and retreat from its opening comprises a shutter member capable of rotating about a rotation axis so as to open and close the opening, a link member provided at one end with a connecting shaft rotatably connected to the shutter member and at the other end with an engaging portion that engages with the washing nozzle and converts the linear motion of the washing nozzle into the rotational motion of the shutter member. The washing nozzle is provided with a guide portion for guiding the displacement of the engaging portion. The guide portion rotates the shutter member so that the opening angle changes by displacing the engaging portion and operating the link member as the washing nozzle advances and retreats.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
