PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection device which can satisfactorily mix raw material 2 liquid of hard urethane foam irrespective of winter and summer and can perform proper amount of injection of the liquid.SOLUTION: An injection device of hard urethane foam includes containers 2, 3 which separately store two kinds of liquids of base resin and hardener, a feeding device 6 which separately feeds the liquids from the containers via hoses 4, 5 and an injection gun 7 to which end parts of the hoses for transporting two kinds of liquids are connected. Therein, the injection gun includes a coupler 15 which is provided with a channel 14a for transferring the base resin, a channel 14b for joining compressed air with the channel described above, a channel 14c for transferring the hardener, a channel 14d for joining the compressed air with the channel described above and a channel 14e for joining the base resin which is joined with the compressed air with the hardener which is joined with the compressed air, and guiding the joined base resin and the hardener to a mixer-incorporated nozzle 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】硬質発泡ウレタンの原料2液を、冬場、夏場に関わらず十分に混合し攪拌して適量注入することができる注入装置を提案すること。【解決手段】主剤と硬化剤との2種類の液体を別々に収容する容器2,3と、前記容器から液体を別々にホース4,5を介して送り出す送り装置6と、前記2種類の液体を搬送するホースの端部が接続された注入ガン7とを有し、前記注入ガンには、主剤を移送する流路14aと、前記流路に加圧エアーを合流させる流路14bと、硬化剤を移送する流路14cと、前記流路に加圧エアーを合流させる流路14dが設けられているとともに、前記加圧エアーと合流された主剤と前記加圧エアーと合流された硬化剤とを合流させてミキサー内蔵型のノズル16に導く流路14eが設けられたカプラー15が設けられている硬質発泡ウレタンの注入装置とした。【選択図】図3
