SPRAY METHOD OF MORTAR OR CONCRETE, AND SPRAY DEVICE OF THE SAME
To provide a spray method of mortar or concrete and a spray device used in the same which can be applied to a construction object with long distance and high head and which suppresses cure of a solidification material in force feed.SOLUTION: In a mortar or concrete spray method, a mixture containing a granulated solidification material M1 and an aggregate M2 force fed via first feeding passage 28 and water M3 force fed via second feeding passage 34 are made to join at a portion 43 at a near side of a spray nozzle 61 where the first feeding passage 28 is connected with the second feeding passage 34, and a mortar material M10 obtained by mixing and the like are discharged from the spray nozzle 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】長距離・高揚程の施工対象に適用可能であり、圧送時における固化材の硬化が抑制されたモルタル又はコンクリート吹付方法、及びそれに使用される吹付装置の提供。【解決手段】モルタル又はコンクリート吹付方法は、第1圧送路28を介して圧送された造粒固化材M1及び骨材M2を含む混合物と、第2圧送路34を介して圧送された水M3とを、吹付ノズル61の手前側にある第1圧送路28と第2圧送路34とが接続する部分43で合流させ、それらが混ざり合って得られたモルタル材料M10等を吹付ノズル61から吐出させる。【選択図】図1
