METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STEEL PLATE FLOOR
To provide a method for manufacturing a steel plate floor capable of suppressing the occurrence of a corner deformation in a deck plate.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a steel plate floor comprises a strain imparting step for imparting strain to a deck plate having a first surface and a second surface; a welding step of bonding the vertical rib to the second surface of the deck plate by one sided fillet welding while restraining the deck plate in a state in which the strain is imparted; a release step for releasing the restraint of the deck plate after the welding step. In the case where the region of the second surface where the vertical rib is arranged is set as an arrangement region, and two positions which are separated from the arrangement region by 160 mm on one side and the other side in the width direction of the vertical rib are set as object positions, in the strain applying step, the two object positions on the second surface are displaced by 2.5 - 3.5 mm to the first surface side in the thickness direction of the deck plate, so that the deck plate is deformed in an arc shape so that the second surface side becomes convex.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】デッキプレートに角変形が生じることを抑制できる、鋼床版の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼床版の製造方法は、第1面および第2面を有するデッキプレートにひずみを付与するひずみ付与工程と、ひずみが付与された状態でデッキプレートを拘束しつつ縦リブを片側すみ肉溶接によってデッキプレートの第2面に接合する溶接工程と、溶接工程後にデッキプレートの拘束を解除する解除工程とを備える。第2面のうち縦リブが配置される領域を配置領域とし、配置領域から縦リブの幅方向における一方側および他方側に160mm離れた2つの位置をそれぞれ対象位置とした場合に、ひずみ付与工程では、第2面上の上記2つの対象位置をデッキプレートの厚み方向において第1面側に2.5〜3.5mm変位させることによって、第2面側が凸となるようにデッキプレートを弧状に変形させる。【選択図】 図10
