To provide a hanging metal device for existing concrete piles with end plates and a method for installing existing concrete piles with end plates, the device being attached to and removed from piles easily and capable of preventing piles from falling.SOLUTION: A hanging metal device 10 for an existing concrete pile 1 with an end plate in which an end plate 12 is fixed on a pile end surface 3a, includes engagement metal materials 13 that are provided on the end plate 12 radially and that protrudes outside a pile main body 3, and a pile hanging jig 20 connected to the engagement metal materials 13. The pile hanging jig 20 has a cylindrical body 21 covering a pile head 1a of the existing concrete pile 1, a wire hook member 26 provided on an outer peripheral surface 21c of the cylindrical body 21, and an engagement cutout 21d that engages with the engagement metal materials 13 and that is formed in the cylindrical body 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
