To provide a dwelling house which can achieve both privacy and opening feeling, and can feel nature of outdoor from the indoor side.SOLUTION: A dwelling house includes on a first story: two first-story living spaces 3a and 3b that are parallel to one another in a longitudinal direction thereof and have a rectangular shape in a plane view; a connecting passage 4 which is formed between the two first-story living spaces 3a and 3b and connects the two first-story living spaces 3a and 3b so that a person can enter and exit; a garden 11 which is formed between the two first-story living spaces 3a and 3b and is formed so as to be adjacent to both sides of the connecting passage 4; in which a wholly transparent first-story whole window 10 is formed on both sides of the connecting passage 4, the two first-story living spaces 3a and 3b are formed with mutually facing openings 12 from a floor surface to a ceiling surface on the surface of the garden 11 side, and one diagonal line 26 of a rectangular region 2 passes through the connecting passage 4 and the garden 11 on both sides thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 プライバシーと開放感を両立することができ、屋内側から屋外の自然を感じることができる住宅を提供する。【解決手段】住宅は、長手方向が互いに平行な平面視矩形の２つの１階居住空間３ａ，３ｂと、前記２つの１階居住空間３ａ，３ｂの間に形成され当該２つの１階居住空間３ａ，３ｂを行き来可能に接続する連絡通路４と、前記２つの１階居住空間３ａ，３ｂの間であり、且つ前記連絡通路４の両側に隣接して形成される庭１１と、を１階に備え、前記連絡通路４の両側は全面透明な１階全面窓１０が形成され、２つの前記１階居住空間３ａ，３ｂは互いに対向する前記庭１１側の面に床面から天井面までに亘る開口部１２が形成されるとともに、前記１階居住空間３ａ，３ｂの長手方向が前記矩形領域２の一方の対角線２６が前記連絡通路４及びその両側の前記庭１１を通る。【選択図】図１
