To provide a dwelling house capable of gettin sufficient open feeling by improving sense of unity of an inner court and a habitable room.SOLUTION: A dwelling house includes: a habitable room (11) positioned at a first floor portion; and an inner court (13) adjacent to the habitable room (11); and an intermediate deck (16) between the inner court (13) and the habitable room (11). The dwelling house includes: a reference floor level area that is a reference floor face height in the habitable room (11); and a first floor level area (19) that has a floor face height different from that of the reference floor level area. The intermediate deck (16) is formed at the same height as that of the reference floor level area. 【課題】中庭と居室との一体感を高めて十分な開放感を得ることが可能な住宅を提供する。【解決手段】一階部分に位置する居室（１１）と、居室（１１）に隣接する中庭（１３）と、中庭（１３）と居室（１１）との間に中間デッキ（１６）を有する住宅であって、居室（１１）において基準となる床面高さである基準床レベル領域と、基準床レベル領域とは異なる床面高さである第１床レベル領域（１９）とを有し、中間デッキ（１６）は基準床レベル領域と同じ高さで形成されており、中庭（１３）の地表面は中間デッキ（１６）よりも低い住宅。【選択図】図１
