COURSE GUIDANCE SYSTEM FOR VISUALLY HANDICAPPED PEOPLE
To provide a course guidance system for visually handicapped people which makes walkers and wheelchairs possible to smoothly and safely travel without rattling and without the risk of falling, and ensuring a course guidance function to be obtained with reliability.SOLUTION: A course guidance system for visually handicapped people composed of the combination of a course guidance floor covering material 1 having a planar main body 4 provided with a guide index section 5, and a detection holder member 17 which detects the guide index section 5 at the tip and transmits the instruction content of the guide index section 5 to a user having the same, wherein the guide index section 5 of the course guidance floor covering material 1 is provided integrally with a detected material a such as an iron material or a magnetic material, and provided so as to be substantially flush with the upper surface of the main body of the course guidance floor covering material 1; and the detection holder member 17 includes a sensor 22 that electrically obtains a specified detection response, and transmission means that electrically transmits a next action instruction to a user based on the detection response from the sensor 22 by sound, vibration, light emission, or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】歩行や車椅子に乗っての進行などがガタつきなくまた転倒のおそれなく円滑かつ安全になされるようにし、しかも進路誘導機能が確実に得られるようにした目の不自由な人等への進路誘導システムを提供する。【解決手段】面状の本体4に案内指標部5を備えた進路案内床張材1と、前記案内指標部5を先端で検知して該案内指標部5の指示内容が所持する利用者に伝わるようにした検知ホルダー部材17との組み合わせでなる目の不自由な人等への進路誘導システムであって、前記進路案内床張材1の案内指標部5は、鉄材あるいは磁性材などの被検知材aを一体に備えるとともに、該進路案内床張材1の本体上面と略同面状をなすように設けられ、前記検知ホルダー部材17は、規定された検知反応を電気的に得るセンサー22と、このセンサー22からの検知反応に基づき利用者に電気的に音や振動、発光などで次の行動指示を伝える伝播手段とを有する。【選択図】図1
