To provide a work machine operation system which enables improvement of operability.SOLUTION: A work machine operation system includes: a work machine operation tool 50 including a lever 51 which is configured to allow a user to input a predetermined direction and can operate a work machine including at least a front loader according to the input direction and a first switch 53 to a fourth switch 56 provided at the lever 51; a signal transmission part 60 which transmits a signal according to an operation of the work machine operation tool 50; and a pattern transmission part which transmits a signal set according to a predetermined pattern to the work machine when receiving the signal in the predetermined pattern from the signal transmission part 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
