To provide a ground improving stirring device with novel structure capable of confirming rotation of a corotation preventing blade.SOLUTION: A ground improving stirring device 20 comprises: a rotation shaft 13; an excavation member 21 provided at a tip of the rotation shaft 13; a stirring blade 24 protruding on an outer periphery of the rotation shaft 13; a corotation preventing blade 26 pivotally provided on the outer periphery of the rotation shaft 13 so that rotation of the rotation shaft 13 is not propagated; and accelerometers 40 each installed in the stirring blade 24 and the corotation preventing blade 26. The excavation member 21 rotates to excavate the ground. The stirring blade 24 rotates to mix and stir excavated soil and a ground solidification material and form a columnar body in the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
