To provide an asphalt plant capable of producing an asphalt mixture while uniformly foaming molten asphalt.SOLUTION: An asphalt plant comprises: a switching valve 33, provided downstream of a supply pump 32 in the middle of an asphalt supply piping 30, for selecting either a supply route A for sending molten asphalt to a mixer 14 or a circulation route B for returning the molten asphalt to the supply pump 32; and a water injection nozzle 38, attached in the middle of the circulation route B, for injecting and adding water supplied from a water storage tank 35 to the molten asphalt. At the time of manufacturing a foamed asphalt mixture, water is injected and added from the water injection nozzle 38 to the molten asphalt discharged from an asphalt measuring tank 13, while allowing the switching valve 33 to be switched to the circulation route B side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 溶融アスファルトを均一にフォームド化しながらアスファルト混合物を製造可能なアスファルトプラントを提供する。【解決手段】 アスファルト供給配管３０途中の供給ポンプ３２よりも下流側に溶融アスファルトをミキサ１４へと送り込む供給経路Ａまたは前記供給ポンプ３２へと送り返す循環経路Ｂの何れかを選択する切替バルブ３３を備えると共に、前記循環経路Ｂの途中に貯水タンク３５より供給される水を溶融アスファルトに噴射添加する水噴射ノズル３８を取り付ける。そして、フォームドアスファルト混合物を製造時にはアスファルト計量槽１３から排出する溶融アスファルトに前記水噴射ノズルか３８ら水を噴射添加すると同時に前記切替バルブ３３を循環経路Ｂ側に切り替え動作可能とする。【選択図】 図１
