POSTURE CONTROL METHOD DURING CAISSON SKELETON SUBMERGENCE
To securely and efficiently correct inclination of and submerging a caisson skeleton by adequately controlling peripheral surface friction of the caisson skeleton.SOLUTION: Injection nozzles 20 respectively having multiple injection ports 21 facing upward on an outside peripheral surface of a caisson skeleton 10 or injection nozzles 20 that are rotatable in a substantially tangential direction of the outside peripheral surface of the caisson skeleton 10 are installed at positions different from each other in a circumferential direction and a vertical direction on the outside peripheral surface of the caisson skeleton 10. Posture of the caisson skeleton 10 is controlled by selecting one or more injection nozzles 20 of multiple injection nozzles 20 to inject liquid. The posture of the caisson skeleton 10 is controlled by agitating sand content settled in liquid filled between the outside peripheral surface of the caisson skeleton 10 and the natural ground by the liquid injected from the injection nozzles 20 to control a frictional force between the outside peripheral surface of the caisson skeleton 10 and the natural ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 ケーソン躯体の周面摩擦を適切に制御して、ケーソン躯体の傾き修正や沈設を確実かつ効率的に行う。【解決手段】 ケーソン躯体10の外側周面に対して、周方向及び上下方向に設置箇所をそれぞれ異ならせて、ケーソン躯体10の外側周面上方へ向かう複数の噴射口21をそれぞれ有する噴射ノズル20、またはケーソン躯体10の外側周面の略接線方向に回転可能な噴射ノズル20を設ける。複数の噴射ノズル20のうちのいずれか1つ以上の噴射ノズル20を選択して液体を噴射させることにより、当該ケーソン躯体10の姿勢制御を行う。この際、噴射ノズル20から噴射させた液体により、ケーソン躯体10の外側周面と地山との間に充満する液体中に沈降した砂分を撹拌して、ケーソン躯体10の外側周面と地山との間の摩擦力を制御することにより、ケーソン躯体10の姿勢制御を行う。【選択図】図1
