GROUT METHOD FOR CAISSON SKELETON SUBMERGENCE
To efficiently and securely charge a grout material in the final stage of a caisson skeleton submergence.SOLUTION: Multiple injection nozzles 20 respectively having multiple injection ports 21 facing upward on an outside peripheral surface of a caisson skeleton 10 or injection nozzles 20 that are rotatable in a substantially tangential direction of the outside peripheral surface of the caisson skeleton 10 are installed at positions different from each other in a circumferential direction and a vertical direction on the outside peripheral surface of the caisson skeleton 10. Injecting a grout material from the injection ports 21 of the injection nozzles 20 to evenly spread the grout material between the outside peripheral surface of the caisson skeleton 10 and the natural ground. Sand content settled in liquid filling between the outside peripheral surface of the caisson skeleton 10 and the natural ground is agitated by the grout material injected from the injection nozzles 20 to evenly spread the grout material between the outside peripheral surface of the caisson skeleton 10 and the natural ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 ケーソン躯体沈設の最終段階においてグラウト材を効率良くかつ確実に充填する。【解決手段】 ケーソン躯体10の外側周面に対して、周方向及び上下方向に設置箇所をそれぞれ異ならせて、ケーソン躯体10の外側周面上方へ向かう複数の噴射口21をそれぞれ有する複数の噴射ノズル20、またはケーソン躯体10の外側周面の略接線方向に回転可能な噴射ノズル20を設ける。噴射ノズル20の噴射口21からグラウト材を噴射させることにより、当該ケーソン躯体10の外側周面と地山との間にグラウト材を満遍なく行き渡らせる。噴射ノズル20から噴射させたグラウト材により、ケーソン躯体10の外側周面と地山との間に充満する液体中に沈降した砂分を撹拌して、ケーソン躯体10の外側周面と地山との間にグラウト材を満遍なく行き渡らせる。【選択図】図1
