BALCONY FIXING PORTION STRUCTURE
To provide a balcony fixing portion structure capable of easily adjusting a position of a building fixing portion when fixing a building fixing portion provided at (a corner portion of one side of) a floor portion of a balcony to a building body.SOLUTION: A balcony 4 is arranged at an upper floor portion of a building body. A floor portion 11 of the balcony 4 includes a building fixing portion 15 which is fixed so as to be perpendicular to the upper floor portion of the building body, at one corner portion 12. The floor portion 11 includes a shape adjusting portion 16 in the vicinity of the building fixing portion 15. The adjusting portion 16 includes a bolt fastening portion 18 comprising a co-rotation preventing portion 17. The shape adjusting portion 16 can be a type in which an extension portion and an end portion of a second beam 32 are overlapped to be fastened by the bolt fastening portion 18. The co-rotation preventing portion 17 may have a co-rotation preventing plate restricting rotation of one of a bolt and a nut penetrating the extension portion and the end portion of the second beam 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】主に、建物本体に対して、バルコニーの床部（の一側のコーナー部）に設けられた建物固定部を固定する際に、建物固定部の位置を容易に調整できるようにすることができるバルコニー固定部構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物本体の上階部分にバルコニー４が設置されている。バルコニー４の床部１１は、一つのコーナー部１２に、建物本体の上階部分に面直に固定される建物固定部１５を有している。床部１１は、建物固定部１５の近傍に形状調整部１６を有している。形状調整部１６は、共回防止部１７を備えたボルト締結部１８を有している。形状調整部１６は、延長部と、第二の梁３２の端部とを重ね合わせて、ボルト締結部１８で締結固定するものとしても良い。共回防止部１７は、延長部と第二の梁３２の端部とを貫通するボルトおよびナットの一方の回転を規制する共回防止プレートを有しても良い。【選択図】図３
