ARCHITECTURAL COLUMN SLIDING/TAKING DOWN METHOD
To provide an architectural column sliding/taking down method that can fit a finishing material by simple operation of inserting the finishing material by sliding it toward a core material or taking down through a one-touch operation.SOLUTION: A finishing material 2 having a fitting protrusion 7 is inserted to a predetermined position and engaged with a core material 1 placed upright in advance by sliding the finishing material in a lateral direction toward a groove 6 of an engagement protrusion 5 of the core material 1 or pulling down the finishing material from above. The engagement causes the core material 1 and the finishing material 2 to be integrated, which causes a new clearance 3 to be created between the integrated finishing material 2 and core material 1. Inserting an insertion material (not shown) matching the size of an opening of the clearance 3 causes the finishing material 2 and the core material 1 to be completely integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、仕上げ材を芯材に向けてスライドさせながら差し込むか、またはテイクダウンのワンタッチで行うかの簡単な作業で、仕上げ材を取り付けできる建築用柱のスライド・テイクダウン工法を提供する。【解決手段】予め直立に設置されている芯材1に、該芯材1の係止突条5の溝6に向けて嵌合突条7を有した仕上げ材2を横方向にスライドさせるか又は上方から引き下げるかの作業で所定の位置まで差し込んで係止する。この係止により前記芯材1と前記仕上げ材2が合体状となり、一体化することによって前記仕上げ材2と前記芯材1との合体同士の隣接間に新たな隙間3が現れ、その隙間3の開口部の寸法に合わせた挿入材 (図示省略)を挿入することによって、前記仕上げ材2と前記芯材1が完全に合体状となる。【選択図】図1
