TAKING DOWN METHOD FOR ARCHITECTURAL COLUMN AND WALL SURFACE MATERIAL
To provide a taking down method for an architectural column and a wall surface material, which can fit a finishing material by a simple operation of taking down through a one-touch operation to insert the finishing material by sliding it toward a core material.SOLUTION: A finished material 3 is engaged with a core material 2 made of H-steel material that is placed upright in advance by sliding a reversed-L-shaped fitting groove 10 formed of a vertical portion inclined obliquely rearward of the finishing material 3 from the side toward engagement bars 1 in parallel of the core material 2 and further pulling it obliquely downward at the end to insert to a predetermined position. This engagement causes the core material 2 and the finishing material 3 to be integrated, and simultaneously a fixing screw bar 8 of a central surface 7 of the core material 2 fits a fitting hole 14 formed at a central part 12 of the fitting member 13 while being held apart by a sheath cylinder 18, causing the finishing material 3 and the core material 2 to be completely integrated by the screwing operation (not shown).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、仕上げ材を芯材に向けてスライドさせながら差し込み、テイクダウンのワンタッチで行う簡単な作業で、仕上げ材を取り付けできる建築用柱並びに壁面材のテイクダウン工法を提供する。【解決手段】予め直立に設置されているH鋼材からなる芯材2に、該芯材2の平行な係合横棒1に向けて仕上げ材3の垂直部分が斜め後方に傾斜している逆L字状の嵌合溝10を横からスライドさせて突き当りで、さらに斜め下方に引き下げる作業で所定の位置まで差し込んで前記仕上げ材3を係止する。この係止により前記芯材2と前記仕上げ材3が合体状となり、同時に前記芯材2の中央面7の固定ネジ棒8が、鞘筒18に間隔保持されつつ前記取付部材13の中央部12に設けた嵌合孔14に嵌合し、ネジ止め(図示せず)して前記仕上げ材3と前記芯材2が完全に合体状となる。【選択図】図1
