FINISHED SHAPE MANAGEMENT DEVICE
To provide a finished shape management device of a foot protection part which can manage in real time the finished shape of the foot protection part formed on a core material placed or built in the ground.SOLUTION: A finished shape management device 1 for managing a finished shape of a foot protection part formed on a core material placed or built in the ground includes: foot protection liquid detecting means 2 which detects a foot protection liquid filled between the core material and the ground; and a protective member 4 which is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the core material, is arranged with the foot protection liquid detecting means 2, and secures a detection space in which the foot protection liquid flow path through which the foot protection liquid flows is formed. The protective member 4 includes: a lid material 5 which is arranged with a gap which becomes the detection space with the outer peripheral surface of the core material; and a lid protective member 7 which closes the detection space from a tip side of the core material. The detection space is arranged at the liquid level height of the foot protection liquid to be prepared for a state where the core material is placed at a predetermined depth in the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】地盤中に打設もしくは建込んだ芯材に形成する根固め部の出来形をリアルタイムで管理することの可能な、根固め部の出来形管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】地盤中に打設もしくは建込まれた芯材に形成する根固め部の出来形を管理するための、出来形管理装置1であって、芯材と地盤の間に充填される根固め液を検知する根固め液検知手段2と、芯材の外周面に設置され、根固め液検知手段2が配置されるとともに根固め液が流動する根固め液流路が形成される検知空間を確保する保護部材4と、を備え、保護部材4は、芯材の外周面との間に検知空間となる隙間を設けて配置される蓋材5と、検知空間を芯材の先端側から塞ぐ蓋防護部材7と、を備え、芯材を地盤の所定深度に配置した状態で予定する根固め液の液面高さに、検知空間が配置される。【選択図】図4
