FINISHED SHAPE CONTROL METHOD, CORE MATERIAL DRIVING OR ERECTING METHOD, FINISHED SHAPE CONTROL DEVICE, AND CORE MATERIAL
To provide a finished shape control method, a core material driving or erecting method, a finished shape control device, and a core material capable of accurately controlling the finished shape of a foot protection portion formed by a foot protection liquid.SOLUTION: A finished shape control device for controlling the finished shape of a foot protection portion formed between a steel pipe pile 10 in the ground and the ground includes a socket member 21, a sensor pipe 30, and a detection sensor 35. The socket member 21 is fixed to the steel pipe pile 10 at a height corresponding to the predetermined detection height DF1 of a foot protection liquid when the steel pipe pile 10 is arranged at a predetermined depth in the ground. The sensor pipe 30 extends in the axial direction of the steel pipe pile 10 and is arranged in an open area S1 generated at the detection height DF1 by changing the position relative to the socket member 21. 【課題】根固め液により形成される根固め部の出来形を的確に管理することができる出来形管理方法、芯材の打設又は建込み方法、出来形管理装置及び芯材を提供する。【解決手段】地盤中の鋼管杭10と地盤との間で形成される根固め部の出来形を管理する出来形管理装置は、ソケット部材21と、センサ用管30と、検知センサ35と、を備える。ソケット部材21は、鋼管杭10を地盤の所定深度に配置した状態で予定する根固め液の検知高さDF1に対応する高さで鋼管杭10に固定される。センサ用管30は、鋼管杭10の軸方向に延在し、ソケット部材21に対する相対位置を変更することにより、検知高さDF1に生じた開放領域S1に配置される。検知センサ35は、鋼管杭10と地盤の間に充填される根固め液を検出する。【選択図】図4
